Roger Woolsey started Prestige Touring in 1986, at the age of 19. Woolsey was the youngest commercial pilot and still remains the youngest Air Carrier Operator in US history. Prestige Touring provided air transportation for rock and roll musicians including Billy Joel, Sting, Grateful Dead, Stevie Nicks, U2, Peter Frampton, and others.
