I wouldn't recommend offering it again. Offering to vote for any reason or requesting it as a payment or trade isn't allowed. Saying that you will vote for someone if they vote for you takes away the meaning of the vote. Reads and comment numbers don't mean quality. Votes are the only thing that really makes us feel like we earned it.
Please don't offer to vote trade again. I won't contact a mod about this, however. Offering reads and comments is fine. Just avoid doing this in the future.
