WiRED is out!  As promised, WiRED is out just before the end of the summer. And with it, a set updating schedule: 2 chapters per month. I found having such a spaced schedule to help especially when times are busy (which they will often be) and also helps me regulate how many chapters to publish, especially when I'm spewing them right off the pan. (In other words, no I will not release all 10 chapters in a day even if they have been thoroughly reviewed).  Along with its release, a new book will also published a little after the announcement.  Ariette: Life in Color.  I know what you must be thinking   "but mini, why publish another book when you barely even have one out?"   Well through my last expierment,  I found multitasking to be strangely helpful when trying to weed my way through the knots of my writing and helps me get further into my story. UPDATE!
          
          I'm going to bulldoze Some Minds. I thought about not doing it and trying to work with the foundation I already laid, but I think I'm gonna start new.
          
          Here are some things that will be changed or the same:
          
          New Title-
          
          The new Some Minds will now be called Wired.
          
          I wanted the a title to be short and easily memorizable, but it was hard finding something that short to compliment the theme of the book the first time around. I think this title better suits it.
          
          Characters-
          
          There may be some new characters, but most will be reused from the old version. A lot of characters that I could not mention in the first version will also be in the book. And a lot of old characters' personalities, stories, etc. may be change.
          
          Concepts-
          
          The concepts will be basically the same.
          
          Setting-
          
          The setting will be changed.
          
          Before I've had the problem with making the universe a little too big and I think that kinda started with placing Taylor all alone and just basically trying  to fill in the loneliness of that setting with some BS that came off the top of my head.
          
          Music-
          
          I think I've found some music that could work better with the theme of the chapters.
          
          ----
          
          I've given this new book a lot of thought, and I hope it turns out cleaner than before. 
          
          WARNING: The beginning of this book will throw you into the deep end.Any scenes that could be triggering will also be labeled. After that it's relatively clear skies I promise. 
          
          I have a few chapters on the ready bench, I plan on publishing them probably towards the end of the summer. I'm kinda busy with other things at the moment.
          
          HEADS UP!
          
          The first few chapters will also probably be written in a more elementary style compared to the first chapter of the old version.

So I've been thinking.
          
          I mean I'm always thinking, but more specifically I was thinking about Some Minds.... possibly rewriting it. It won't be a complete bulldoze and start over, but more a retelling if that makes more sense. 
          
          Of course I'm just thinking this right now. I'm not actually sure. I've been going through the possible ideas, and I came up with something that really sets it up more nicely and narrows the universe a bit more. 
          
          Anyways I'll continue to keep you guys posted.

Sorry y'all, I have been quite inactive. I haven't quite been in the "mode" as of late and I'm trying to decide if I should start another book...
          
          If I do, expect it to only be a preview. I'm trying to at least get further into Some Minds before I dedicate my writing energy into it.

          Sorry it took so long! 

Hey guys,
          
          So about the new chapter of Some Minds. It is coming out but it will be really late. Some of my "finishing touches" involved completely erasing the chapter and starting over.
          
          I also haven't quite been in the writing mood as of late, so if the quality is a little grittier than usual- my bad.
          
          But as far as everything else I promised would happen is done.
          
          *The book is off hiatus
          
          *Section one is edited (unofficially)
          
          *A new part to Section One has been added
          
          *But as far as though 2-4 new parts coming out well...[Error 404].

So,
          
          After a grave march to the Himalayas, and a greater climb to Mt. Everest, I found the old wise man. He didn't give me any advice like he was supposed to. He just gave me a bunch of sass and told me to get my crap together- which is nothing I haven't already told myself.
          
          So my long and insightful journey was a total bust.
          
          On another note...
          
          Some Minds is back! 
          
          Unfortunately I still need to review some finishing touches, so expect new parts either later today or early tomorrow.
          
          But the hiatus signs have been taken down and Section II has been changed.
