hello hello everybody, author asked me to make an announcement because she's currently unable to get into her account, I believe it says like 'error' when she tries to log in. I think she just has to wait a bit and then try again, but she says she already did that so please tell me if you have any idea of the problem or how to fix it and then I will tell her!

while on the topic of “fans”, i’ve seen some really insensitive comments. there are people claiming to be “stays” and still sitting around doing NOTHING about getting to know this situation while complaining about wanting new songs and albums. while it is not entirely one’s fault to not know about the situation, it’s even worse when you’ve heard about it and brushed it off like dust on a bookshelf. how can you just sit there and watch your own favourite group suffer with such horrendous mistreatment?
          
          speaking of our fandom, the toxic stays have been getting out of hand. they are standing out way too much recently and it’s given the fandom a bad reputation. saw this comment talking about how stays are extremely rude recently and it just made me feel so helpless. is this how we’re perceived? this is horrible! it’s getting to the point where it’s shaping how others see the entire community, and honestly, that’s frustrating. we all know every fandom has a toxic side, but it shouldn’t be the loudest voice representing us.
          
          holding the company accountable is one thing, but as fans, we also need to reflect on how we act and what we choose to prioritise. otherwise, we’re just contributing to the same environment we’re criticising.

so… i haven’t been keeping up with skz recently but i found out more about the mistreatment they’re facing on tiktok and i’m extremely speechless rn.
          
          to spread awareness, this is what i saw and i quote :

          but it’s straykids getting so mistreated to the point that the members themselves are speaking up against div1 and begging for at least two days off ON CAMERA. leeknow getting ignored as always, they are mistreating hyunjin, seungmin has been limping for the past 6 MONTHS. han has no brand deals or ambassadorships while felix has 13 (no hate to felix ofc). they had so much missed opportunities like collaboring with large artist etc. bangchan saying "favoritism" on bubble.
          them being used as mascotte for political advantage its not right.”
          
          and to add on, i just want to emphasise how genuinely disturbing this whole situation is. no artist should have to reach the point where they are openly asking for basic rest on camera. it really says a lot about what might be going on behind the scenes. from what i heard, song jieun, the ceo, has a case of severe favouritism towards felix hence leading to his overwhelming amounts of ambassadorships, which overworks him greatly. it’s also extremely unfair to the other members all while putting unnecessary pressure onto felix himself. whatever is happening is deeply concerning and this has gone too far. more awareness needs to be spread about this ASAP.
