          (Sorry I didn't reply sooner, school has been really crazy.)

Yuu switched bodies with Strength. Therefore Strength took Yuu's place in the human worlds while Yuu was in Strength's world, but they still are still connected and share the same feelings. (So they are pretty much the same person, just different bodies and worlds.)
