@average_fangirl_16 no it's not. I have not read the book, before I started writing mine. But I have read the first two chapters and the only similarities i found were the name Eleanor (I got the idea of the name from the book 'Eleanor & Park' and also from the TV series 'Stranger things') and the other one i found is that she is a muggle born. (I wanted to create a character I can relate to, as my parents are sadly also muggles. ) It's really just a weird coincidence.

@_Psycho_Angel_ In all of Flotida, only 4 people died from the actually storm. 31 looters were killed by shop owners defending themselves, but the coast is devastated. One of the beach roads was demolished by the waves, and all the turtle eggs are washed away... =C
