The blip will take place in between after season 2 of 13RW after Tony and Peter (Clay) help Tyler and before everyone returns to school when we meet Liz (Ani)
All the people on the tapes that leave the show or graduate won’t be blipped. They are irrelevant until the series finale and the Hannah trials would have been over by then.

Gwen Stacy (Skye Miller) {semi relationship}
Liz Allan (Ani) {relationship but didn’t work out}

Spider-Man Homecoming will already have happened during the dance in season 1
Spider-Man Far From Home will take place in between season 3 and 4
Spider-Man No Way Home will take place after season 4
