Abo malume are outside Ayanda carrying a bottle le whiskey.After a certain amount of time, they are welcomed in.Abo malume give a certain amount of money to Ayanda's uncles as i'vula mlomo ,then the negotiations start .the bride will be called in and asked if she knows his family, and she can say yes or no. After this, she will be sent back to her room during the negotiation. The bride and her friends will come into the room covered in blankets ,the grooms family will have to pick which one is Ayanda out of all of her friends,whick ever girl is chosen will avail herself,if they don't pick right, they'll be fined but if they pick.The girls are dismissed. Both families come to an agreement, and food and drinks are served .The bride will take a plate of food to her fiance, and that would be the first time they've seen each other in days
