@missallamerican1997 I get down and sometimes to the point of crashing. I get away to like a park, or to sit outside, turn off the world and look around, and listen to creation. It feels like I am resetting myself. I watched a wasp drink water!! Just sat there and said Wow. Hope you find your happy place
