Kinda feel like writing another light story... but still need to finish TLE >_<

Do not think I can manage updating two stories at the same time.

          	SIGH.

@missh1 True. I keep a Notepad of story ideas for me to do after I am done with my current story. It now has well over three dozen micro-synopses that grows with every passing week...

@missh1 That is also why I have not partaken in any ONC or NaNo contest. I don't want to spread myself too thin.

Hello author! I think u quite don't remember me. So I asked u a question abt hw to start a historical story, you gave me a lot of advice and tips, thank you so much for that. So another one question I thought of, how can we clearly explain the fight scene, and how can we decide the character names?

@missh1 Thank you so much, will help a lot

@Heian_Nuwang Hey, I remember :) I’m also not very experienced with fight scenes. To help with writing it, I googled “how to describe martial art fight scene” or something like that and read through some interesting articles that pointed me in the right direction. Fight scene sentences should reflect the rhythm and power of the fight. In terms of character names, depends on the setting of your story. Sometimes I would look up different languages translation of an English name or flower/plant/animal/thing depending on the background of my character. You may get some ideas from that. Hope this helps <3

@Haamieshima2006 I will try to do a double post this week. The chapter was unexpectedly difficult to write and edit, I am still not happy with it so am holding off publishing for now

I really became a Fan of your Works. Because I was really searching for a inspiration and luckily found yours. From starting I really didn't get a good Chinese historical book and now I got yours. If you don't mind can you please give me some tips about how to start a historical story?

@missh1 And sure I will definitely not stop writing no matter what!

@missh1 Thank you so much! I will try to make it as you said. Already I wrote a story but thought some point was missing and going to republish it. Thank you so much for your help!

@Heian_Nuwang Hello, thank you for the kind words :) for Chinese historical story, I think first good to decide which dynasty/era you want to set it in and research it because you will use these things in your writing for example clothing style, traditions etc when you start the story, write a draft first maybe with a few dotpoints to each chapter and a clear timeline otherwise you may find some plot holes or the timeline jumping later or even that time doesn’t pass and your story seem to be stuck in a day or week. Hope this helps - remember the most important is to keep writing no matter what <3

I’ve tried to update the book cover of “The Last Empress” as in the previous one the title was not quite as visible. Tossing up now between this one and the 1st ed. cover with the lady in yellow. If anyone has suggestions or is more design savvy than me, please reach out ^^
