I’m kind of missing wattpad and posting my work and hearing from readers…It was the peak of my high school years and I miss it. I’ve changed a lot. I have a degree now. I’ve written more books and explored my creative side.

This Wednesday THE PERIODS OF BEING will be deleted from Wattpad! I have explained on my Instagram, as well as the post below this, for the reason why I am taking it down after only posting the first part. I will be querying the book again next week after I finish editing the second part, so I will be taking it down for then.

Hello readers!
          
          First off, I want to say thank you so much for taking the time out of your days (and possibly nights) to read the first part of THE PERIODS OF BEING. I posted only the first part to get a feel of how readers will react to the characters, the plot, and the drama of the story. After only receiving rejections from literary agents, my hope for this story was slowly diminishing. I was struggling to go through another round of revisions. I didn't know what the point was. I was beginning to hate this story and thinking that no one would ever read it. Every writer goes through this, and every writer is able to overcome it. You all helped me overcome it. 
          
          Because I am still going to query this manuscript, I won't be posting the second part of the manuscript, because I worry if I do so, no one would buy the book if it eventually gets published. (I hope you understand my writer's anxiety.) Also, because of this, THE PERIODS OF BEING will only be available through here until the END OF JUNE. I want to be querying by the end of this month, so that is why I have chosen to take down this story then. This is your time to read and catch up with part one and express any feedback you may have! I am trying to get as much feedback as possible. 
          
          Again, I want to thank you all so much for reading and expressing your thoughts on the book. It meant the world to me to have new and old readers reading this story. This story means so much to me, so it feels like I am sharing a bit of my soul with you all.
