hey guys - it is with a heavy heart that i announce that 'toast of the town' will be going on a temporary break. i don't know how long it will be, but it's for the best! having been writing this story for (nearly) 11 months straight, i need a break lol. as much as i love this story, i have so many other ideas for different fics and zero ideas for what i’m meant to be writing; like, i’ve spent 2 weeks trying to write 1 chapter and it still isn't finished. i'd rather give you all work that i'm proud of than give you half-assed writing that i don't feel good about. please don't worry, it WILL come back and it WILL be better than ever! thank you for all your understanding and support <3
