Don't feel pressured to write if you don't feel like it. Your mental health is so much more important. You aren't letting anyone down! I'm sorry that you feel like this, but if there's one important thing I've learnt in life it's HOPE. Hold on, pain ends. You may feel like your life sucks right now, but it will get better. There's still people you haven't met yet, food you haven't tasted, countries you haven't visited yet and things you haven't learnt yet. There is so much life has to offer, you just have to find it. It doesn't matter how long it takes you to find it, that is LIFE. It's a journey. And Everyone's journey is different. You're in charge of where that goes. Be kind to yourself. Life does have its ups and downs. This moment, this stage in your life is just a 'down'. So I can promise you this, it WILL get better! It might not currently feel like it, but you have to hold on. Hold on for brighter days. This Corona virus period isn't ideal for the self isolation part when it comes mental health, it will be a challenge. But you got this. Take one day at a time. Everything is going to be okay. What's destined to happen will. Sit back and relax, don't think about what you should or could be doing. Just know that you are, and that's enough. Take care!
