M. J. Lau is an English teacher by day, a writer by night... or more accurately, a teacher day and night, and a writer any spare minute in between.

He is the author of the gamer lit trilogy The Virtual Realms and the dystopian novel The Buried Few.

He is currently working on a new trilogy, codenamed The Firebrand Chronicles.
