I'm not very active on this account, but what is going on currently has urged me to speak my mind.
          
          This is going to be a long one. Bear with me.
          
          So, racism.
          
          I'm black, African to be specific. 
          
          Black lives matter.
          
           When we realise that it is our mind set, our attitudes and our prejudices that make us act the way we do, then we will change.
          
          I may not be American, but I do know about white privilege. Why, it is something I've seen in my own country. I know some people who would rather serve a white person first before their own brothers.
          
          I'm going to quote a song here:
          
          And when a child is born, it has no concept of what time of skin its living in.
          
          It's not a second.
          
          
          It's not in a second that someone learns to hate another person because of their colour, race or creed.
          
          It's also not in a second that someone begins to believe that they are inferior to someone else simply because of their colour.
          
          That's all I want to say.
