Hi, guys! I know it's been more than the 2 weeks I promised. I think this is very tiring to see on my profile but I just started 8th Grade (started in June) and I've been having a tough time with my grades so I have to focus on that. Usually, to write a chapter with at least 800 words, it takes me 2 hours. And my regular school day starts at about 4:30AM. I get ready then go to school by 6:20 because students in my school are obliged to be inside the campus on or before 6:45AM. All of my classes end at 2:30PM. So in that case I should be at home by 3:15PM. But every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, I have Glee club practice from 3PM to 5PM. The next bus that I can take home is the 6:30PM trip. So I'll get home at around 7:05. I only get a lot of time at home on Mondays, Wednesdays and Weekends (I usually have auditions or errands on the weekends but if not I'll be at home). With almost all of my classes, I have homeworks and projects. So those things occupy my time at home. But those things also stress me, which make me lose focus onto writing a chapter. I only get about an hour or 2 of free time, and I choose to just rest or eat. But sometimes, when I feel like using my gadgets, it's still hard for me to write a chapter. I don't know why. so I end up just watching episodes of Girl Meets World or if I'm in the mood, I'll make an edit. Writing has just flown away from me for some reason. Especially when I'm writing about Raura, I just don't get the vibe anymore. I have plans for it, but sometimes I feel like, "What's the point?". I hope I can get over this stage and start writing happily for you guys because I love you. I might have let a lot of you down, but I hope you know that I'm really sorry. Most of you won't forgive me, yeah, I understand. but thanks for y'all who have been with me since The Matchmaker. thanks for surviving the late updates. I love you all <3

OH OH AND GUUUUYYYSS! IT'S ALMOST A YEAR! A YEAR SINCE I FIRST WROTE 'THE MATCHMAKER'! Our classes were also suspended that day (suspended for a week, actually) and there was literally no electricity, no water. My phone was dead, my tablet was dead. My laptop was the only thing alive that time. June 15, 2014. I was on our couch, sweating buckets, thinking about some 'what ifs'. What if Ross and Laura never booked A&A? Will they still meet? And if so, they won't be co-stars, right? So, there will be a possibility for them to date? (Guys, I was 3 months in the fandom this time so I was a HUGE Raura shipper. But now, let's just say have respect.) I was like, "You read a lot of Raura fanfics so they met in lots of fictional ways." and, "If you really want this thing to happen to them but it obviously won't happen in real life, why don't you make it happen in a fictional life?" So I turned on my laptop which had 12% battery and went on to a word document. I thought, "I should start the story in Laura's POV. So I typed in bold, "~Laura's Point of View~". I took a deep breath and smiled as I typed in the first words of my first fanfiction. "School's back in, now entering senior year. I am Laura Marie Marano, 16 years old, also known as 'the matchmaker'. . ." After 2 weeks of deciding wheter to post it or not. . . revising the plots. . . I published 'The Matchmaker - A Raura Fanfiction' on July 29, 2014. The cover was Ross and Laura as their A&A characters in the pilot where Austin tells Ally that he would pay for the instruments when he becomes a famous singer. And now we've reached 22K+ reads and we're now continuing the events in Ross and Laura's lives in my imaginative world. Sigh, that was so emotional to write. I've got chills and just literally all sorts of feels. Thank you guys for always being there for me, commenting on every chapter I publish even if it's crap. I love you all so so so much I can't even explain how much <3 Thank you.

Okay. Hi, guys! It's been about 2 weeks since my last update. Sorry if my updating take soooo long. My classes have resumed for a month already so obviously I'm focused onto that. And, IDK if you guys watch international news, but my country's experiencing some storms lately and actually within this week there were 2 typhoons in the Philippine Area of Responsibility. I know that when there's a storm, classes will be suspended and all so why don't I have time to update? Well, it doesn't mean that I will have all the free time when I stay at home. For sure, as classes resume from suspensions, we will have to catch up on A LOT of lessons and I'm studying ahead because you wouldn't wanna know how I do in school :(. Sooo there's that.. sorry if I do have a lot of grammatical errors in this message. it's 12:14AM here. Sooo yeah, thanks for all the support. I love you all. x
