i had a doctors appointment today and they wanted to do a physical where i take off all my clothes but i have scars covering both my arms and thighs so i was scared cause my parents dont know about my arms being covered in them but i avoided it by saying we dont have time. i have to go back next month but i dont know what to do tbh i need help...

the ending of last year was really rough for me i got covid and everything went down hill from there. i was rarely active and just kinda closed in on myself, but i plan to be a better me little by little. i hope we can all be our better selves this year and push to have a better community and stronger bonds between us all. i love yall and cant wait to be better together <3
