Monica Lee is the Native Hawaiian/ multicultural author of Fricken Kids, and Makena's Shadow. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Chaminade University. Her poetry and short stories have been published in several literary journals. She is currently working on, "The Line Up," a romantic comedy set on O'ahu, Hawai'i.
