chapter 39 just dropped, also a few more chapters have been edited (i can't remember which ones oof)

so i edited chapters 2 and 3 of tioc. needed to be done, they were dogshit. so if anyone wants to reread them now, i wouldn't be opposed. 
          
          also, chapter 38 is officially out, so if anyone wants to check that out as well that's there.
