I'm tired of blaming myself for my emotional state? Like have you ever feel all happy, tired, sad, angry switched on an off just in a span of hours? And obviously tired of people telling me it's just you are being too sensitive.. can those people be more empathetic for once? I'm already tired physically dealing with irregular sleep hours thus my emotions so I dont have that energy to deal with ignorant people
