Picsart (for collages and filters) photopea (website thats kind of like a free version of photoahop), phonto (for text), and pintrest (for pictures, pngs, overlays, inspo) are some of the best rescources when it comes to making graphics as a beginner, they're all free and relatively easy to use. There's also a lot of great graphics help books on here that teach you how to make things step by step. Good luck creating!
