The FL is born into a powerful mafia family and was deeply loved by her parents, especially her father. But after a car accident where her father saves her and her mother dies, he starts blaming and hating her. He remarries and has three more kids, while the FL (around 7) tries to get his attention by being naughty. One day she accidentally breaks her mother’s photo, and her father, blinded by grief, beats her so badly she’s hospitalized for 2 months. After that, her stepmother sends her to a hostel, where she grows up cold, emotionless, and full of self-hate.
At 25, she runs away and becomes a powerful, heartless mafia queen—feared but still kind to good people, and no longer believing in love. Then she meets the ML, who comes as her secretary, and she slowly falls for him. But he was pretending because she’s his enemy, and when she finds out, she’s completely heartbroken.
She breaks down in the woods, drinks heavily, and is later comforted by her uncle (her true father figure). After fainting and ending up in the hospital, she finds out she’s pregnant. This makes her choose to leave everything—she fakes her death and lives in the mountains, where she gives birth to twins and becomes soft, fragile, and loving as a mother.
The ML, thinking she’s dead, realizes too late that he truly loved her and breaks down. Later he learns she might be alive and searches for her. He finally finds her when their son gets into an accident—she’s begging for help with no money. He secretly helps, and when a rare blood type is needed, he donates and realizes the kids are his.
He asks for forgiveness, but she refuses at first. Still, he keeps coming back every day, apologizing and helping sincerely, until she slowly gives him one more chance.
