I’m sure many like myself love a good meet-cute so maybe the reader is new at working at the Family Video with Steve and Robin, and in this slight au Eddie is friends with them and visits the store to bother the two and hang out. That’s when the reader meets him and Robin teases them about it? Maybe the four of them do movie nights or something idk, just added thoughts. I adore your writing btw :D

Omg sorry for bringing it up again but I am just obsessed with this season 5 theory. I also apologize if you've already heard of all of it.
          (SPOILERS FOR ST S4)
          More foreshadowing that Eddie could become Kas: 
          - Duffers confirmed Eddie is dead, but Kas is *undead* as a vampire
          - Bitten by the demobats that the fanbase is adament on not being able to kill people
          - Kas favored a spiked shield in battle
          - Eddie is named after Iron Maiden's undead mascot Eddie the Head (I should've picked up on that sooner lol)
          
          It's not a lot and personally I don't believe Eddie will be returning, especially since Eleven could fill in the role of Kas. If all of this was just red herrings, imo it will be a huge wasted opportunity. I'm definitely hoping for some fan art of vampire Eddie though! (And perhaps some fanfics following the theory)

@moonriver925 It really would be, but Kas does die defeating Vecna, so either the Duffers switch it up or we watch Eddie die again. At least we'd get more time with him tho, and he'd die in an even more heroic way. 
            Also we could wait as long as 2 years for the fifth season, which sucks.
