          Hi I was reading long live and was inspired to write my own story. In my story my oc Reyna is the daughter of Hypnos like in yours but the characters are very much different as well as there back stories. But I was wondering if I could use the way that her dad contacts her in long live. I was trying to think of a way to have her clamed but I couldn’t think of one and I really liked yours. I wouldn’t use the conversation that is in your book but just how he got her to him to talk. It didn’t feel right just to use it so that’s why I’m asking. If you don’t want me to that’s totally fine and I will just try to come up with another one. Again the only thing in my story that would be similar to yours is the way Hypnos contacts her and obviously the Percy Jackson story line but it wouldn’t be an exact match with the obvious difference in characters. If this came off as rude I apologize. I don’t mean to be rude or disrespectful in any way.  And I love your write btw

full transparency i haven’t made much progress on long live. i’m working on the beginnings of a harry potter fic. we’ll see if i ac wind up posting it
