As writers, we shed light on meaning. As readers, we search for it.

A life without a plot is merely an existence. To give depth, meaning, and scope to our lives, we follow a narrative arc. And because stories are never singular or straightforward, our narratives inevitably intertwine with others' stories.

Writing is about having a voice and telling a story. Every story-and its telling-allows room for ambiguity.

Stories are our lifeblood and more. They shape our bodies, our relationships, our goals, and our achievements. I believe they are essential to who we are, how we see the world, and how we understand ourselves.
