Early Life and Education

Morgan Callahan was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, where she developed an early interest in systems thinking and leadership. A graduate of Lincoln High School's International Baccalaureate program, Morgan attended the University of Michigan, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Economics in 2006. During her time at the University of Michigan, she interned with think tanks. She took on leadership roles in student government, which helped shape her passion for organizational change and innovation.
