@lolimsecretlyapotato it would also make it easier to develop the story line if the 2 trusted each other so mabey spend a chapter or 2 building up their trust in different ways e.g shopping in heaven converse, meeting new people, social interaction ect.

@lolimsecretlyapotato mabey you should let Jude and Bailey build their relationship and explore heaven together. If Jude is going to be  a big part of Bailey's new life (?) Then  there needs to be trust there.
