Maybe they're scared that you might stop concentrating on your studies. Some parents become rude when they see their child loosing their good grades. 
            You try to study and take back your marks again. 
            You said you've problem in studies. So may I ask what makes you loose control?
            Acne? It is because of stress you're going through and they can't scold you for that.
