Hey guys, great news! My health has been improving and I’m trying to make a change in my eating habits and exercise amount. I’ve successfully lost about ten pounds in under a month, and I’m extremely proud of myself. Working out, eating healthier, etc. isn’t for everyone and you should love your body for what it is, but I personally need to work at improving my lifestyle so I can see some kind of personal growth. My depression has hit me hard recently, what with the death of my family members recently, and the dramatic change of weather, but I’m getting better. Let’s hope things stay sunny.
