i have no in-between. i like reading either shakespeare or modern. i struggled through a jane austen once and read a poe for school. it's either 1600s or late twentieth century-twenty-first century. (i'm exaggerating. i do read other books. i just found it funny how i don't struggle at all with comprehension on modern books or shakespeare, but i barely got through one jane austen and couldn't finish any others. i could only do one agatha christie, but i read the blue fairy book fine)

it's like—once i start writing, i have the motivation to finish a chapter, but i don't have the motivation to start most of the time (referring to my alts' stories, although it doesn't matter because no one is going to see this, anyways).
