@multisidehoe i hate and i mean loath cardio or in general just running but that really worked for me, i used to run a mile like 3 times a week and it worked tbh. i can’t run for the life of me so i would walk mid run so don’t be pressured to run the whole thing if you can’t. and to speed of the process you can look into a calorie deficit. that’s when you burn more calories than you consume. hope this helped and remember this takes time and motivation, you can do this!! <3
