I hoping that work will actually want me to go in tomorrow. Haven't worked much this week due to crappy weather, and the one nice day that I could work, I get told that my boss doesn't want me to go it. That message was received late in the morning (11ish range) and I wasn't supposed to work until 4 that afternoon.

This is the first time I'm publically saying something in regards to the whole protests that's been going on. 
          
          I was in the same room when my sister told my mom something about Paw Patrol, a popular children cartoon with dogs that save the day in various cars that represent different types of careers(?). For example, there's a dalmatian that's a firefighter pup and a german shepherd that's a police pup. The show might get cancelled with everything that's been going on. 
          
          With all the protests, I see nothing wrong with that, and I understand why they are happening. But to target, a children show, among other shows that should be cancelled, I'm sorry but that's maybe taking it too far. Having seen the show because I'll watch it with my niece and nephew, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it other than a bunch of puppies working together to help their community. 
          
          This is just me putting something out there - I hope I didn't offend anyone in any way, but it's just something I want out there so others can know about it.

totally random but a reason why i tell myself not to get hopes up when talking to a guy;
          
          it started recently where i was snapping a guy and it was one of those things were i was "wooed" quick. he would call me cute and cutie (compared to the last guy i talked with seriously and interested it, those things i found to be more appealing). would send good morning snaps and would sometimes send videos of him speaking. even apologized for a question he asked (in my mind, it hinted at s.x, which i don't want). screenshotted some snaps i would send him too. basically, this guy was letting me get my hopes up. 
          
          then he stopped. currently left on read and he's view my snap story. so here's the question we (well, me) always ask myself; "why do you keep doing this to yourself if you know deep down they are going to disappear?" 
          
          moral that i need to keep in mind: my dog will be the only man that will love me and constantly look for my attention.

          I might not be on as much this is mainly due to the fact that my college classes are now online and those are going to be the focus of my time so that I can pass this semester.

update: i’m finishing up my semester online, meaning that i’ll be home for the rest of the semester. 
          
          while i think most people i know from campus are upset, i’m happy because i didn’t want to go back any ways. 

so all my suite mates are complaining about how we’re not allowed on campus and how they’re stuck in their homes. 
          
          as for me, an introvert, i have trained for this for such a long time. also don’t know if i should tell them that i might be transferring and that i’ll be glad to never have to go back to campus again.
