@Rejnidskal remember, to 99% of people, they’re normal genin. Anbu can’t intervene in something like the chunin exams even if he went missing. Plus, the Hokage knows that most were there to see the Uchiha battle, how would it look on him if he randomly said Kenjiro was disqualified? As for Mai’s ability, make sure you read carefully, context clues :)
