Hey everybody! In case anyone has been wondering where chapters 36-42 have gone (which I doubt anyone will notice LMAO) - I took them down because I wasn’t satisfied with the quality and the path the story took overall, so I will be rewriting them and will hopefully be back with better writing and better content in the new year!

Some of you may have noticed that I just uploaded the old “Love Against our Roots” draft - which might be a bit strange considering that I’m just about done writing the new draft, but I guess I did get kind of nostalgic of my 14 y/o self’s writing XD Yes, the prose definitely showed room for improvement, but I had fun writing and I hope that I will forever love writing as much as I did then and do now

This year‘s Victory Day seems more important than ever. It wasn’t supposed to be merely victory over fascism and nazism - it was also supposed to be victory over war. Despite the heart-shattering news from Russia and Ukraine, from Israel and Palestine or from India and Pakistan, I hope whoever is reading this does so in peace. Let‘s make sure history doesn’t repeat itself together - we won’t tolerate any more wars, any more senseless deaths. We have to use the means available to us to protect our future.

@mxlkii_way Happy Victory Day!! You're absolutely right, whenever I read the news these days I get more and more disappointed in humanity for not being able to learn a lesson just 80 years since it happened, and also scared for our future as well- Peace and love on the planet earth!

Heyyy...I guess you guys have noticed that I disappeared for quite a while. And it's about time I updated you on my whereabouts.
I happen to be a very busy person at the moment - trying to juggle work, school, settling into my own flat and preparing for finals is by no means an easy thing. So I simply do not have the time to entertain you nor myself with social contact (@Reading_INTJ I'm sorry for keeping you on delivered or read so often) or writing. I'm afraid that to keep my sanity and keep a clear eye out for my goals, new chapters for Love Against Our Roots will arrive in this year's summer at the very earliest. I happen to have noticed that I am unsatisfied with the plot.
How about you guys? Having a somewhat-good time? I sure hope so, but if not, share your worries with me. Let's keep an eye out for each other and take care of ourselves! I missed you all so much and hope that you are hanging on. Summer is just around the corner, don't give up now!

I decided to upload my works there just in case anything happens - so I would be delighted if you checked it out there as well. I'll be uploading it steadily, chapter by chapter, so that the readers on that platform also get it steadily.

@FredlyTheBaguette You have to upload the pictures somewhere first - it's a problem I also had since I also had some pictures that I really wanted to include, like the drawings in Russia and West's letters, for example. I have yet to figured out where exactly to upload the pictures, but when I figure it out, I'll let you know if you want to :D
@ mxlkii_way now that you are on AO3, can I ask you a question ? I also thought about maybe going there if Wattpad gets problems but one thing's preventing me. Is it possible to put pictures as covers or directly in the text ? Most my things, and especially my hc chapters work with bunch of images and it won't do if I can't make a similar layout on there.

I could probably promise you another oneshot, but I already know that it will probably be the same as with the oneshot I promised between chapter 20 and 21 (aka I won't remember to do it in time) so - is there anything you guys would like to see?
I can, of course, still try to write some kind of oneshot at the expense of interrupting my regular posting schedule for "Love Against Our Roots" or draw something with the same expense.
