Anyway, I'm inviting European individuals to participate in a psycholinguistic case study examining the intersection of aestheticism, romance, and socio-political perceptions, specifically focusing on Mediterranean cultures. This research explores how romantic ideals, shaped by aestheticism, may influence perceptions of Global South socio-politics.
About the Study:
This qualitative survey seeks to understand the relationship between romantic notions (e.g., love, beauty, passion) and attitudes toward socio-political issues in the Global South. Your participation will contribute to understanding of how cultural narratives shape perceptions and engagement with global issues.
Eligibility:
- European residents or individuals with strong ties to Mediterranean culture (e.g., heritage, lived experience)
- Aged 18+
Participation:
The anonymous survey takes ~15-30 minutes and can be accessed soon in the comment section.
Research Goals:
This study aims to highlight the interplay between aesthetic experiences and socio-political awareness, offering insights into how cultural narratives can both inspire and anesthetize engagement with global challenges.
