Fun fact: project souls stems a lot from my former project freaks (fotf), which I discontinued due to my absence when I was inpatient. The idea of the da'tru stems from a high fantasy story I wrote when I was around 12 or 13, with a faerie world similar to that of the cruel prince (before I'd even read it). The idea was originally a Lynx named Apollo, who bonded with a mortal. This idea (of a magicak creature bonded with a human/mortal) came from the Rider/dragon bond (and the werecat) in Eragon!
