Write your thoughts, even if you aren’t a writer, do it. You may think it won’t help, but it really does. Take care of your mental health. Give time to yourself. Even if you’re happy and not going through something, do it. Time does run, yes. But in such a busy, selfish world if you don’t give yourself time to heal, then no one else will. So treat yourself with time, as much as you need it.
