@myloverkth Well, the first step in writing is mostly research. Don't rush it though. Take your time and gather information as much as you can. I feel like lacking info about what you want to write, like the genre, what narrative style suits it, what type of of characters would match the concept... Things like that. Generally, you have to plan everything out like how the story would start and end to have a clearly picture of what you want to dive into. Lastly, you shouldn't easily dismiss any ideas that comes up. You might think it isn't worth it but when you gather them and begin connecting the dots, you'll realize it's potential. I hope it'll help and I hope you find the motivation you're looking for. 

@night_pixxi I like want to start a project, but the motivation isn't there; the idea was but not the initiative...that's what I'm struggling with, so thank you for your way of writing stories!

@myloverkth Honestly, I can't pinpoint where I get my motivation from but what keeps me going is the need to complete what I've started.. They're times when I get a writer's block but I don't let it pin me down instead, I take breaks.
