Google translate does a decent job, but it does struggle a lot with cultivation novels because many of the cultivation levels that authors use are very similar to each other. In this case, nascent soul and deity transformation seem to overlap, as does mahayana and great ascension, which is confusion when ascension is the 9th level. It also frequently confuses the genders for pronouns because Chinese often uses genderless pronouns and the MTL software gets confused. With enough practice you get used to it, but some novels are still practically impossible to read with machine translation software. This one is only mildly difficult to read with MTL. I've encountered some where I just had to give up because it made no sense at all.

Finding the official publication isn't too difficult, but finding a free one was particularly challenging, but this novel has 1171 chapters and I was far too impatient to finish it, so I spent a few hours digging one up from the various search results. Thankfully I was persistent enough. I suspect that the original poster on Wattpad specifically chose to omit the Chinese text for the title to obscure the moderation team and make it slightly more difficult for them to justify removing the novel. I can also understand why so many people want to use Wattpad for their mobile reading. I found a novel where the only non-official source is a full text download and just translating it with MTL is difficult and the text is too large to be opened by gdocs, so uploading it in chapters to Wattpad can be easier, since they do actually have a fairly robust backend.
