"Growing up I had no one telling me I couldn't do something." -Mum.
Our society is telling us women we can't run for president, we can't fix the electrical problem, we can't become a professor, we can't be smart, or we can't do what boys do.
My mum never grew up with people telling her 'she can't' so she did want she wanted. My mum rode dirt bikes and won multiple championships against boys, she can fix almost any electrical problem, and she could beat up the boys that messed with her. But my mum can also cook, dress-up, watch girly shows, and put make-up on.
Don't let society blind you from what is appealing in their eyes versus what is appealing in your eyes.
Be you.
