why do all guy x girl fanfictions have the "emotionless, evil, slytherin girl who never cries or shows emotion, everyone loves her, all the guys have a crush on her, she's not like other girls, she stands up to teachers and steals harry's iconic lines" and then the boy who is the hugest simp her even though she sucks

am i the only one who randomly feels off if I'm not wearing a seat beltor a mask? like I'll just suddenly feel like something is missing
