Oh my, I totally feel like writing again... but life has been very busy lately. Hopefully will be back soon ❤️ can't wait to create more stories for you!

nabibinan

Hello everyone. It's been about six months since I've been here. I don't feel as good as I thought I'd feel back then. However, I do feel ready to write again as a coping mechanism of all the bs I went/I'm still going through. Thank you all for your kind words and your votes on my storiesl

I've just followed an old tradition which requires you to drink something called "carrulim" (made with liquor, lemon and some plants) and in my country, you're supposed to drink it every August 1st before eating anything to clean your blood and scare bad luck away... however, I've slept for hours after lunch and I'm still sleepy lmaooo

@gemini-sun it is fun to share some small facts about my culture! I used to think it was boring, now I love to learn and treasure it a lot! Thank you! Have great day/night

@gemini-sun interesting, I'm gonna look up more information on this. I've been juicing more since I replaced my old juicer and blender. I'm doing a cleanse of sorts right now as well. Lots of ginger, lemons, and cinnamon. Hope you've been well, hun.

@gemini-sun "Carrulim is a traditional beverage of the Guarani people, the largest indigenous group in Paraguay. The drink is made from distilled sugar cane, herbs, and lemon. It is believed that it helps to ward off illnesses associated with the warm winds of August" — thanks Saint Google.

Hi guys! I finally have time to sit and write right now :) Also, a few days ago I had my first two tattoos done and I'm so happy my family loves it lol I was expecting them to react badly, but nonetheless they were happy. I have a small one in my forearm, it's my mama's birth year '1977' and I also got a 'Bad' one (you know, the Michael's album logo) aaaaanddddd everyone loved it! Even I! Anyways, enough about me lol. Have a good day/night!

nabibinan

@daddiescum yup! that's right! I kind of wanted to do it between my fingers but the tattoo artist told me that in that specific place it's harder to heal and it fades way too quickly. So I simply went for the other spot. If I get to update, I'll try to attach a picture above, but since it's veeery new and it's in the healing/small scabbing process, it won't look that good :(

@daddiescum I have it on my hand, it is near the thumb and I really love it! The impact Michael has had in my life is something I can't explain with words, so let it be seen in my hand xD You should consider doing it, I can't stop looking at it lol

I'm about to pay so I can't see those ugly ads ever again. Does anybody here has wattpad premium? If you do, would you recommend it? Sigh, I remember when wattpad didn't had ads. I've been using it since 2012 or 2013 (I have another account) and only now I feel bothered with the ads they started displaying in the bottom as you read. They really are pushing me to become premium but I'm not sure yet.

nabibinan

@MemorableMichael yesterday I started the wattpad premium trial and the difference is kinda huge when it comes to the ads part! But you're right, if by the end of the trial I don't like it, I might just switch to reading from my laptop

@gemini-sun on the browser/laptop, I don't run into ads that intrude like they do on the mobile app, but I've always preferred reading on the app. if anything, you can just stick to reading from a laptop or computer

@MemorableMichael don't update it lol I was shocked to see it, if I'm being honest I never thought I'd see something like that! Buuuut since I have 0 patience, I started the seven-day trial and I feel more comfortable now that I see absolutely no ads. Let's see if in the future wattpad offers something new, I consider it my writing home for so many years, so I stick with them. And yeah, I wish it would've been a one-time payment, it'd make it perfect.
