HELLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO?!
Two months?!?!?! That's how long I've stayed away from everything. I think it's time to get back to writing stuff.
Do any of you have ideas on how to edit a book? Would love some pointers!
I'm glad to be back and hey you all!

@nadzzsam No problem. :) I'm a newbie too in writing. We all learn from each other. You should try ONC way more. Especially the community is super helpful and it's really fun. Best of luck with editing!

@Real_nightman thanks for the reply! ONCs were just something I wanted to try once. Obsidian Desires was my first ever book which I absolutely concentrate more on. Which is completed now but there are a lot of loopholes? I'm a newbie when it comes to writing. So I didn't know how exactly to start and I just kept writing and now I know things. I've kept myself away from it for a good five months now. I'm going to start editing. Thank you so much for the tips!

@nadzzsam Okay ... the pro move is to stash it away for a while. Stephen King suggests six weeks. Then your fresh eyes can differentiate crap from gold. Then you can self-edit. That's one. And if you're not a native English speaker/writer, it's a good move to use a grammar software first, I really screwed up all these days without one because these basic grammar errors sneak inside corners neither I nor readers notice. That's all my sleepy brain could gurgle out at the moment. Sorry for the long block of text. Yawn.
