@nahroothoe I've learned that practically every document writing program has a back button and if not, on a computer you can undo by typing either "control+z" or "command+z." When work accidentally gets deleted, the first thing that you have to do is take a deep breath and try not to panic, then carefully try undoing however you know how. I say carefully because if you accidentally interact with something else, you might end up initiating another action and losing your ability to undo. So first step, DON'T PANIC! Glad that you managed to rewrite your work ^-^
