I am an American of Indian origin (I hate the term Indian American). My life revolves around dance.  For that gift, I am absolutely grateful and immensely humbled.  

You know those names people can't pronounce? I have one of them. Literally nobody can pronounce 'Nakshatra'. Only a few people can say it, and that is after saying it over and over. I always ask my parents why they named me that. 

I'm literally always like, "Of all the names in the world, you chose a name that meant 'Lunar Mansion'. Why?"

 I'm so NOT the kind of girl who is - 

- *CRASH!!!* Woops! Sorry, I'm clumsy.

- You gonna eat that? *After eating 10 slices of pizza and three burgers with food in my mouth*

- A girly girl would have a neat room. I'm not a girly girl *laugh laugh laugh*

- I don't care what I wear. I'll just throw something on and just happen to look good!

- I'm so artistic! I'm a very good dancer slash singer slash artist slash whatever! But I'm very modest about it so this insanely hot guy can tell me I'm actually really good!

-I am so sarcastic!! I know what just to say to put you in your place! I always have good comebacks!

- Guys find me insanely hot but I think I'm ugly. But I won't wear any make up. Make up is for losers. 

- I'm single. Lol. Wait, does the fridge count?

I'm an athlete. My main events would be 400 and 800 meters. I love running in general. 
I have to exercise every single day or else I'm the crankiest person alive. 

I MADE IT TO UNIVERSITY!!! I'M CAPABLE EVERYBODY!!! 

I hate those people who think India is all slums and poverty and poor people. Those people who make fun of Indian cultures and beliefs. Please get your facts straight.
