quickly want to say
remember that some things are simply out of your control and bound to happen. when they do it’s okay to be disappointed, hurt, confused, alone, depressed, anxious (etc). it’s okay to not be okay, it’s okay to take a break and release your stress in a way that’s healthy and works for you, it’s okay if all you want to do it cry and stay in bed for a while. accept that things will happen regardless of how you want them to go bc you cannot defy the inevitable, you can only accept it, grow, and persevere. (p.s. you are more than enough, you are loved, and you are not alone beautiful babies <333)
