There are two things I want to speak of, and those who care will read. 
          
          
          1. There is a 5k bounty on Haitians in Springfield. Haitian parents are keeping their children at home in fear of racial attacks. A coward threw acid on a Haitian woman’s car. Numerous facilities in the city of Springfield have been receiving bomb threats. An elementary school had to be evacuated.

          I am so, so, so angry. 
          
          There is nothing coincidental about the state of Haiti and her people today. Nothing. One day the persecutors will reap what they have sowed, and it will be a beautiful day. 
          
          2. That new pink iPhone. 
          
          None of y’all need it, keep the phone you have and get yourself a pink case. Calling people who bring up the fact that these electronic devices are made from the blood of Congolese children “performative” and “hypocritical” because they’re “typing from an iPhone” is not, and will never be a gotcha moment. 
          
          Reconditioned phones are a thing, people use those. Additionally, there’s a very big difference between someone having bought an iPhone years ago, and keeping it because IT IS STILL FUNCTIONAL, and a person getting the latest Apple drops just because they can and want to feel like they’re part of ‘something’. 
          
          Greed and mindless consumerism has many consequences and one of them is the slave labor of literal BABIES who have to work in cobalt mines all day and everyday. 
          
          The desensitization of our (fatalistic) generation is horrifying, even more so when realizing that it was most likely all part of *the* plan. Making jokes about genocides and detrimental racial caricatures just for the sake of…“idgaf”
