sometimes i feel fucking stupid for expecting something good written here, fanfic and original….. but i HAVE read good stuff here so idk if im being unreasonable and harsh 

i will write a proper book review essay of kaleidoscopic one of these days I SWEAR TO GOD !!!!! im currently already doing a monologue about it,, i jus need to write down what im saying to myself lolll

(belated) happy 2 years to me finishing kaleidoscopic !! i was supposed to post about it on my bday (mar 10) but i got so busy with school. it’s unreal how much time has passed actually…… i remember reading it the night before my birthday and finishing it at 11am of my birthday. i pulled an all nighter bc of how good it is hdjsjahha a lot of people probably hated the love triangle and dropped the book bc of it. and i get it, but i also wish they finished the whole thing. it’s controversial and thought-provoking (and possibly infuriating) but it also touches on so many important lessons in life. i, for one, loved the realism of it, even if it did break my heart. in fact, it’s the heartbreak(s) that made me love it so much. the pulling at my heartstrings and pushing me to form opinions on the things that happened in the book. the touch on religion and and questions about morality. the value of choice, friendship, love and community.
          
          sorry i just yapped without coherence lol. i just love that book so much and i miss it every day.
