Can you make a cover to me?

Hello!
          I have book called"Imperium" and I want a suitable cover for it. I tried to make it on my own using different apps but I'm not satisfied by the results. That's when I saw your tutorial on YouTube and, once again, I tried to make a cover and miserably failed. So I was hoping that maybe you'd make a cover for me. I will surely dedicate chapters to you in my book and I have already started following you. If there is anything else that needs to be done then I'm ready to do it.
          Please don't refuse. I really need a good cover since writing is my passion but I'm not good at making covers and that does not attract readers.
          Please help!
