@IsseiHyodou00 well... explaining it would be major spoiler so... I'll just thread it out. 
            Minato is resurrected- The Occult Research Club found him and decided to use Issei's house for recovery needs- Minato is enrolled at Kuoh Academy- MInato visits the library outside reading hours so Sona drove him out- MInato found the church that was used for Asia's ritual-  he crashed when Issei is tired out after fighting Raynare/Yuuma- seeing Issei he decided to help him by using his power- the OCR come to the rescue- time skips to a meeting between devils and him- the devils tried to recruit him to their peerage 
            that is what happened until now you see, still there's a lot to cover for High School DxD and with an addition of a Persona-user that had died once of course there's something different there.
